A shorter version of the plot method for MSEs that just shows the projected
trends in stock status and over exploitation
Usage
Pplot(MSEobj, nam = NA, maxMP = 10, MPs = NA, maxsims = 20)
Arguments
- MSEobj
An object of class MSE
- nam
Title of plot
- maxMP
The maximum number of MPs to plot (defaults to the first 10)
- MPs
A character vector of MPs to plot
- maxsims
Integer, the maximum number of simulations to plot
